March 12, 2010 by Charlotte Richardson Andrews in Blog

It’s been pretty busy around here for Raincoats news lately: plans for a fan-generated archive, Gina Birch’s eco-activist performance troupe The Gluts tackling climate change, and now, most exciting of all, a newly announced show to celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of their recently reissued 1979 debut, for which the post-punk legends will perform the album, in sequence, in its entirety.

The event, organised by ATP Concerts, is the latest in the much-celebrated ‘Don’t Look Back’ series and is scheduled for May 20 at the Scala in London’s Scala. Advance tickets are on sale now for a bargain £15, with support acts to be confirmed.
