For those of us who can’t wait for chartered trips to Munchkinland how about the new song from The Go! Team? ‘T.O.R.N.A.D.O’ is the first to pop from the London crew’s long-awaited third album Rolling Blackouts, out January 31 through Memphis Industries, and listening to it is certainly a whirlwind of an experience. It all bodes rather well for Rolling Blackouts after 2007′s disappointing Proof Of Youth, not least with the news that the album features guest vocals from the exciting likes of Bethany Cosentino of Best Coast, Dominique Young Unique, Satomi Matsuzaki of Deerhoof and French balladeer Julie Margat (aka Lispector).
