It surely won’t be long before prolific Canadian artist Julie Doiron returns with a new album of her own. For now, though, enjoy this new guest turn on the second album from Saskatchewan band Slow down, Molasses, a seven-strong band who dabble in orchestral indie-pop and rock. The record, Walk Into The Sea, will be available from March 15 but you can grab lead-off track ‘Feathers’ for free via Bandcamp. Duetting with lead singer Tyson McShane on the strings and trumpet-soaked track, Julie makes an ideal vocal foil.
