new video: anna von hausswolff – ‘track of time’

We picked out Swedish singer/pianist Anna von Hausswolff’s debut album Singing From The Grave as one of 2010′s best overlooked debut albums. Though little known outside of Scandinavia at present, it can’t be long before her music gets the kind of international recognition it deserves. ‘Track Of Time’ is our top tune from the album, and this beautiful new video by Anna and collaborator Anders Nydam is the perfect visual accompaniment.

Singing From The Grave has been nominate as best pop album at this year’s Swedish independent music awards Manifest. And by pop they surely don’t mean Lady Gaga style antics. Listen, listen.
