Charli XCX follows up the ’80s pastiche of the brilliant ‘Stay Away’, released a few months back, with the equally infectious ‘Nuclear Seasons’. Here’s what the London teenage popster had to say about it: “‘Nuclear Seasons’ is about a sense of decay. Whether it be the decaying of love, the decaying of life or the decaying of a period of time. It’s about being lost and frozen and surviving. It’s about being on your own and feeling magic alive when you come through the other side.”
A video for the track has been shot and is coming soon.
