STREAM | First Aid Kit — ‘The Lion’s Roar’

As previously reported, our favourite Swedish sister duo First Aid Kit are back with a new album out January 23 through Wichita Recordings. At the time we shared a live video of the swoonsome title track, ‘The Lion’s Roar’, but now you listen to the Mike Mogis-produced studio version, released as a single on December 5, below.

First Aid Kit headline London’s Bush Hall the following day. Tickets are on sale now. They’ll also be opening for Lykke Li at The Roundhouse on November 1.

In other First Aid Kit news, the sisters made the most of their recent time back home in Stockholm by singing on stage with a couple of other Wears The Trousers favourites – Ane Brun and Marissa Nadler – during their respective gigs. We haven’t been able to source any video footage of the Nadler–FAK performance just yet, but here’s the Söderbergs singing ‘Do You Remember’ with Ane live at Cirkus on October 4.
