VIDEO | The Shondes — ‘Are You Ready’

If we were at CMJ this week we would definitely head down to the Bitch Media showcase on Friday night at Littlefield in Brooklyn to see the likes of Alina Simone, Laura Stevenson & The Cans and ex-Rainer Maria frontwoman Caithlin De Marrais do their thing. Completing the bill are The Shondes, who are treating the event as a launch show for their third album Searchlights, out now on Exotic Fever Records. Instead we’ll just have to content ourselves with this new video for lead single ‘Are You Ready’, a collaboration with filmmaker Donovan Vim Crony with cameos from Madigan Shive (Tattle Tale, Bonfire Madigan), Allison Wolfe (Bratmobile, Cool Moms) and more.
