VIDEO | EMA — ‘Anteroom’ + ‘Butterfly Knife’ + ‘Marked’ (A Take Away Show)

It’s no secret that we love EMA, and one of the reasons she continues to impress us is in the incredible versatility and imagination she shows when performing live. We’ve been lucky enough to see her several times this year and can probably safely claim that we haven’t seen any song done in the same way twice, which is not something you can typically say about an artist promoting their debut album (though, admittedly, some of the Past Life Martyred Saints songs were written several years ago). In this spirit of reinvention, then, here are three excellent new performances captured in and around the streets of Paris for La Blogothèque.
