INCOMING | Cate Le Bon — CYRK

December 17, 2011 by Alan Pedder in Blog

Cate Le Bon
CYRK

[The Control Group; January 17 (US release)]

Released off the back of a successful US and European tour supporting and singing backups for St. Vincent, Cate Le Bon has a lot of momentum going into the release of her second album – the follow-up to 2009′s Me Oh My. We’ve already heard the excellent ‘Puts Me To Work’, and the recently shared video for ‘Fold The Cloth’ confirmed that Le Bon remains on form, so we’re excited to hear what the rest of CYRK has in store. The Cardiff resident appears to have the US more firmly in her sights this time around, and will be touring there extensively throughout February. We’re not even 100% sure if a UK release has been confirmed yet, so stay tuned on that front. In the meantime, check out Cate’s recently posted Daytrotter session.
