DIARY | Dessa announces London show

April 18, 2012 by Charlotte Richardson Andrews in Blog

Dessa fans will be pleased to hear that the Doomtree member and respected solo emcee has announced a London show next month at Camden’s Electric Ballroom. The Minneapolis-based rapper will be visiting with fellow Doomtree mate POS to open for Interscope star Yelawolf, who is headlining the event. Tickets for the show, which takes place on May 14, can be purchased here.

Wears The Trousers interviewed Dessa back in 2010, shortly before she won our hearts with her stunning debut A Badly Broken Code [review]. She later released a reworked version of that album, Castor, The Twin, with the addition of the previously unreleased ‘The Beekeeper’.
