VIDEO | Sylver Tongue — ‘Creatures’

April 18, 2012 by Charlotte Richardson Andrews in Blog

Sylver Tongue
‘Creatures’

Now that Sylver Tongue’s mysterious frontwoman has been revealed as former Ash guitarist turned solo artist Charlotte Hatherley, we can stop wondering who’s behind the mask and get busy enjoying her catchy electro numbers. Ruth Sewell directed the scarlet-hued video for upcoming single ‘Creatures’, which gets a digital release on May 21. Feathers, masks, fake fur and a bedroom wall filled with taxidermy art all feature in this weird homage to Hatherley’s penchant for ’80s sci-fi films.

See Hatherley in action on April 28 supporting Alpines at new London venue The Waiting Room, or at her London single launch on May 21 at the Sebright Arms.
