STREAM | Hear both sides of Kim Deal’s debut solo 7″

December 10, 2012 by Alan Pedder in Blog

Wears The Trousers broke the news the week before last but it’s finally official: The Breeders will reissue their 1993 album Last Splash as LSXX, a deluxe, expanded 20th anniversary edition, on April 13 via 4AD. Also confirmed is that US and European tour dates will be forthcoming, with the Last Splash-era lineup of Kim and Kelley Deal, Josephine Wiggs and Jim Macpherson reuniting to play the album in its entirety. The only confirmed date so far is an appearance at the Deerhunter-curated All Tomorrow’s Parties weekend, which runs June 21-23 at Pontins, Camber Sands. Tickets are on sale now.

In other exciting developments, both sides of Kim Deal’s self-released debut solo 7″ have made their way onto the internet. Stream ‘Walking With A Killer’ and ‘Dirty Hessians’  below.
